Bedrooms -  All areas of the house are non smoking and we are sorry but we do not accept children under 13 years, Dogs or other pets.

All of our rooms are en-suite, with luxury deep pile carpets, programmable central heating for your comfort, TV, courtesy tea and coffee tray, wardrobe, dressing table, hair dryer, trouser press and alarm clock radios. Most rooms have views across Loch Ryan and seating areas. Our luxury double rooms are also equipped with a CD and DVD player.  All of our en-suites are fully tiled and have been recently refitted with new bathroom fittings, power showers and shaver lights.

Below is a gallery of rooms, to see the view from each room simply move your mouse over each picture. Most rooms have loch views, or you may be lucky enough to spot a Deer in the woodland from one of our garden view rooms.

Our accommodation comprises one double room on the ground floor, with on the upper floor, three luxury double rooms most with King sized beds, 3 twin rooms, 2 family rooms sleeping 2 adults + 1 child over 13 years, or 3 adults for an additional £6 and 3 rooms for single occupancy.
